Job OverviewManage an established territory, providing critical safety equipment (PPE, fall protection) and industrial supplies to local businesses. This role blends hands-on delivery with technical sales, acting as a consultant to help clients protect their employees and remain OSHA-compliant. [1, 2]Core ResponsibilitiesConsultative Sales: Identify client needs for safety products and demonstrate solutions for workplace hazards.Inventory & Service: Restock on-site inventory, manage tool cribs, and service safety equipment like first aid kits or eye-wash stations.Route Management: Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver orders, maintain accurate logs, and manage daily stops efficiently.Schedule & CompensationHours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule with no weekends or holidays.Pay Structure: Competitive hourly rate ($17–$25/hr) plus performance-based commission or bonuses.QualificationsAge/Licensing: Must be at least 23 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Physical: Ability to lift and move 35–50 lbs consistently throughout the day.
