We're Hiring: Ecommerce Listing & Marketplace Coordinator 📍 Van Nuys, CA | On-site | Full-timeGlobal Cellutions Distributors is growing, and we're looking for a detail-obsessed Ecommerce Listing & Marketplace Coordinator to join our team.We're a fast-moving consumer goods distributor selling across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Macy's, Target, Best Buy, and other major online retail channels. If you live and breathe marketplace listings, know your way around a flat file, and get satisfaction from a perfectly optimized catalog — we want to talk to you.About the roleThis is a hands-on position. You'll own the day-to-day creation, maintenance, and optimization of our product listings across every platform we manage. You'll build listings from scratch, write copy that converts, troubleshoot suppression errors, and partner directly with our operations and purchasing teams to get new inventory live quickly and accurately.What you'll do🛒 Create and publish new listings on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Macy's Vendor Portal, Target POL, Best Buy Marketplace, and more ✍️ Write keyword-rich titles, bullets, and descriptions tailored to each platform's guidelines 🖼️ Upload and maintain product images, A+ content, and enhanced brand content 📊 Manage flat file bulk uploads and catalog feeds across multiple channels 🔧 Resolve listing suppressions, policy violations, and stranded inventory 🔍 Research competitive pricing, keywords, and category placements 🤝 Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on specs, UPCs, and digital assets 📈 Track listing health metrics and support Plan of Action (POA) documentation 📋 Maintain an organized internal catalog of all SKUs, ASINs, and listing statusesWhat we're looking for✅ 2+ years of Amazon and/or Walmart marketplace experience ✅ Hands-on listing creation and editing background ✅ Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar editing software ✅ Strong Excel proficiency ✅ Sharp attention to detail and data accuracy ✅ Clear written communication ✅ Ability to pick up new portals and vendor systems quicklyBonus points for➕ Experience with eBay and other marketplaces beyond Amazon/Walmart ➕ Familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools ➕ Track record resolving listing policy violations ➕ A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content experienceWhat we offer💰 $20–$30/hr depending on experience 🏥 Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days 🏖️ Paid time off and observed holidays 💼 401(k) 🛍️ Employee discount 🚀 Clear path to grow into senior ecommerce or account management roles 👥 Collaborative, results-driven team📍 This is an in-person role at our Van Nuys, CA office.Interested?
