The Tap Room Server occupies one of the most integral functions in the restaurant.\r\nWho You Are A natural people-person who thrives on great food and good people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, works well with a team, and brings positive energy to every shift.\r\nWhat You'll Do Full knowledge of menu, liquor, specials, promotions, and events.\r\nExude hospitality, take orders, use sales techniques, make recommendations.\r\nAdhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.\r\nAsk for ID anytime serving alcohol to guests.\r\nFull knowledge of POS system; input orders correctly.\r\nComplete all opening and closing tasks and run side-work.\r\nKnow full layout of restaurant, table numbers, storage areas.\r\nHelp promote our restaurant: Great food, good people!\r\nAdhere to policies and procedures of Tap Room.\r\nAssist fellow team members; we want team players only.\r\nProper uniform, neat, clean, positive attitude, on time.\r\nProperly read state-issued identification.\r\nAct with integrity, alert management of all issues.\r\nWhat We'll Need From You At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.\r\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships.\r\nAvailability – Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.\r\nPhysical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.\r\nMust be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.\r\nValid TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain).\r\nMindset – A genuine love for hospitality and leadership.\r\nWhy Tap Room?
