This position will work closely with the customer, the project integrator, the network engineers and architects to ensure our systems meet customer requirements and timelines.\n\nResponsibilities include:\nSingle POC for contract performance.\nLeads team project execution.\nPlans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.\nTracks & reports program metrics:(Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality).\nEnsures systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.\nCreates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.\nManages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks.\nEstablishes training plans to maintain and evolve skills, while ensuring no single points of failure within the program.\nPrepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers to capture future system changes for customer decision making.\nManage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders.\n\nRequired Experience:\nBachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management\nProject Management Professional Certification.\nActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day\nStrong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExpertise with Network Engineering management and design.\nSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.\nStrong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nExperience with collaborative project management tools.\nManaging global dispersed teams.\n\nDesired Experience:\nBriefing and meeting with senior level management\nUnderstanding of the customer and the Intelligence Community.\nRequires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.\n\nPlease Note: This position is contingent upon award.\n\nSalary & Benefits\n\nThe salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
