{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"ba9ff1d4bf6100012328f63b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ba9ff1d4bf6100012328f63b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ba9ff1d4bf6100012328f63b","title":"Technical Project Coordinator","description":"Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS172, P4, Band 7\r\nJob Responsibilities\r\nSupport Program Management by coordinating several monthly special projects across Cloud & Platform, Infrastructure & Storage, Network & Communications, Endpoint & User Services, and IT Service Management teams.\r\nIdentify, track, mitigate, and communicate technical and operational risks, coordinating mitigation strategies with delivery team leads and leadership.\r\nCoordinate with Configuration, Change, and Release Management teams to ensure release readiness with adherence to processes.\r\nDevelop and deliver clear stakeholder communications, including outage notifications, change announcements, and project status updates for leadership and affected users.\r\nEnsure timely and accurate updates to program and technical artifacts, including technical architecture diagrams, SOPs, and Disaster Recovery documentation.\r\nProvide hands-on technical support during periods of reduced coordination demand, supporting O&M activities while maintaining service levels and SLAs.\r\nLeverage agency-approved tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint) for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.\r\nMinimum Requirements\r\nDue to Federal contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. Citizens without dual citizenship with another country.\r\nCandidates must currently hold or have the ability to pass a government-sponsored clearance process for a position of Public Trust.\r\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.\r\n7+ years supporting IT operations, technical project coordination, or systems analysis within complex enterprise environments.\r\nExperience coordinating IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and endpoint projects in an O&M environment.\r\nWorking knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), change, configuration, and release management processes.\r\nAbility to manage high project volumes while maintaining accuracy in schedules, risks, and documentation.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level and technical stakeholders.\r\nExperience updating and maintaining technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and continuity materials.\r\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\r\nFamiliarity with federal government environments.\r\nExperience using ServiceNow for project tracking, change coordination, and reporting.\r\nBackground supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure/M365), enterprise networks, or endpoint services.\r\nAbility to flex between coordination and technical execution without loss of quality or timeliness.\r\nEEO Statement\r\nMaximus is an equal opportunity employer.
