Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate.\nTakes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation.\nFollows-up with guest to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.\nParticipates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.\nMaintains organized workstation and side work duties\nSetting up and breaking down golf stations every shift\nAccountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.\nFollows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.\nFollows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques.\nPractices tray service for all food and beverage service.\nPosition requires to be cross trained in bartending service\nIncorporates safe work practices in job performance.\nValid driver license required (driver license is will be required when operating the picker for range balls , golf cart)\nRegular and reliable attendance.\nPerforms other duties as required.\nEducation/Experience:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nCertificates/Licenses:\nFood Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.\nJob Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:\nAbility to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the\nMeets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.\nKnowledge of POS system\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
