This role builds trusted relationships, maintains visibility into client objectives and upcoming demand, and coordinates DI Labs’ technical, commercial, quality, customer-service, and operational resources around client needs.\nThe Client Program Manager provides continuity from discovery and qualification through quoting, production, delivery, and future programs. Success requires curiosity, strong relationship skills, practical commercial judgment, and the ability to turn client conversations into clear commitments, priorities, risks, and next actions.\nDuties\nServe as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of clients.\nEstablish a regular client meeting and communication cadence.\nDevelop a clear understanding of client objectives, stakeholders, programs, decision processes, and future needs.\nMaintain visibility into expected demand, including timing, volume, program changes, and production requirements.\nCommunicate upcoming demand internally so DI Labs can prepare appropriate capacity, materials, staffing, technical support, and quality resources.\nLead consultative discovery and qualify opportunities using Sandler principles or another structured methodology.\nCoordinate client opportunities and programs across engineering, quoting, customer service, quality, operations, and leadership.\nEnsure meaningful opportunities have a clear objective, decision path, next action, owner, and date.\nIdentify risks, stalled opportunities, changing client priorities, and unrealistic commitments early.\nMaintain accurate client, opportunity, commitment, and next-action information in NetSuite.\nHelp strengthen and expand client relationships through trust, insight, and consistent follow-through.\nQualifications and Skills\nFive or more years of experience in client-facing account management, program management, applications engineering, technical services, or complex project roles.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.\nExperience conducting consultative discovery and qualifying technical or commercial opportunities.\nAbility to uncover the business impact, urgency, decision process, and expected investment behind client requests.\nExperience coordinating work across engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, sales, or customer service.\nStrong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through.\nAbility to balance client needs with technical capability, capacity, quality, timing, risk, and profitability.\nExperience using CRM, ERP, or workflow systems; NetSuite experience is preferred.\nExperience in additive manufacturing, contract manufacturing, engineering services, product development, or another technical manufacturing environment is preferred.\nPay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nEmployee discount\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nParental leave\nApplication Question(s):\nHow many years of experience do you have in a client-facing role involving account management, program management, applications engineering, technical services, or complex projects?\nBriefly describe a client relationship or program you personally owned.
