The analyst partners with business leaders to optimize workflows, manage system upgrades, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance. Acting as a subject matter expert, this role also mentors junior analysts, drives change management, and ensures ERP systems meet evolving business needs.\nRequired Functions - Must have expertise in one of the following:\nOrder-to-Cash: Supports end-to-end customer fulfillment and revenue processes, including: Oracle Fusion ERP (Order Management, Pricing, AR), Blue Yonder WMS. This role focuses on order capture, fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, billing, and customer-facing execution.\nPlan-to-Make: Supports manufacturing planning and execution across Oracle Fusion ERP (Manufacturing, Inventory; Siemens Opcenter MES; Spectrum Labeling. This role bridges planning, shop floor execution, quality, and labeling to ensure reliable, scalable manufacturing operations.\nRecord to Report: Supports enterprise financial close, reporting, and compliance through Oracle Fusion ERP Financials. This role owns financial accounting, period close, reporting, and audit support processes, enabling accurate and timely financial insight.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum 7 years of relevant experience, (ERP systems experience- SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics preferred)\nERP Certifications (SAP/Oracle Cloud, or equivalent) preferred\nKnowledge and Skills and/or Abilities\nThis role requires fluency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts, including the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs, improve workflows using approved tools, identify and mitigate bias or inaccuracies, and communicate AI-driven insights clearly and responsibly to peers and managers\nExpertise in Oracle Fusion/ERP systems and business process management\nStrong understanding of Oracle Fusion/ERP modules and business processes\nExperience in Application Management Service Delivery\nFunctional process analysis and Oracle Cloud configuration, with strong problem-solving skills, end-to-end process knowledge, and hands-on support of application management and service delivery\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence others at various levels\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office\nProven problem-solving skills across a matrix organization\nExcellent organizational skills\nHighly motivated self-starter\nAvailability and willingness to travel on company business based on requirements of the role (domestically and internationally)\nRequires occasional early morning or evening teleconferences\nWorks under general office environmental conditions\nSits for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity working with computers, etc.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and functional specifications.\nConfigure ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain) and validate system changes\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize enterprise-wide processes\nManage testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality assurance.\nProvide advanced troubleshooting and resolve high-priority ERP issues\nDevelop and maintain system documentation, including functional designs, process flows, and user guides\nMentor junior team members\nEnsure compliance with data security, governance, and ERP best practices\nEngage with senior management to align ERP strategies with business objectives\nAddress day-to-day issues and support business operations based on priorities\nPerform impact assessments for ERP upgrades\nCoordinate feature/function changes with Sustainment Team\nSupport users on product questions\nAddress and facilitate the resolution of product issues\nAbility to create functional designs and configuration changes\nFacilitate release management and regression testing\nConduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance\nTrain users and maintain system documentation\nManage data migration, compliance, and vendor coordination\nGenerate reports and support decision-making\nAnalyze business needs and translate them into functional ERP specifications\nConfigure and maintain ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing)\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements\nSupport ERP system upgrades, patches, and integrations.\nConduct functional and regression testing; ensure quality assurance\nProvide end-user support and training for ERP applications\nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly\nWright Technical Services and our client are Equal Opportunity Employers.
