As a key player in the hospitality and nightlife industry, the company values professionalism, creativity, and customer satisfaction.Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA requires a Nightclub / Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT ROLE FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS. Responsibilities include managing staff and schedules, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, creating strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, coordinating with various teams to uphold operational efficiency, and overseeing compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves inventory oversight, financial management tasks, and handling vendor relations to ensure seamless operations.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, training, and schedulingExpertise in customer service, conflict resolution, and fostering an exceptional guest experienceOperational knowledge, including inventory management, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulationsStrategic thinking and organizational skills to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiencyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and staffProblem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPrevious experience in hospitality, entertainment, or nightclub management is highly preferredFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as per the needs of the businessBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
