We're in-person in San Francisco, and we're just getting started.\r\nWhat you'll do\r\nDeliver multiple moderately complex to complex solutions.\r\nManage end-to-end delivery of Roadrunner implementation engagements.\r\nMonitor project quality, financials, risk, and overall delivery performance.\r\nEnsure programs are delivered on time and within budget.\r\nProactively identify and mitigate project risks.\r\nManage project plans across multiple concurrent engagements.\r\nCommunicate effectively with executive stakeholders, including C-level leaders.\r\nDrive product adoption by aligning implementations to business goals and innovation.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.\r\nExample projects\r\nLead a POC with a mid-market manufacturing company to demonstrate how Roadrunner's PQA layer integrates with Salesforce and NetSuite, including live pricing rules, approval workflows, and order synchronization, from kickoff to a working demo in two weeks.\r\nOwn the technical workstream for a global SaaS customer's implementation: map their existing quoting process, design the data model migration from legacy CPQ, and coordinate API integration with their internal engineering team.\r\nWhat you'll bring\r\nExperience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting with a track record of owning complex enterprise deals or implementations end-to-end.\r\nComfort engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders, including CIOs, RevOps leaders, and CAOs.\r\nHands-on familiarity with CPQ and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CPQ, HubSpot), and a strong understanding of enterprise quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.\r\nWorking knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and how they integrate with the broader revenue stack, including order management, billing, and revenue recognition.\r\nProven experience delivering quote-to-cash programs.\r\nStrong communication skills – able to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for business audiences and vice versa.\r\nWillingness to spend time in San Francisco during onboarding and travel as needed.\r\nBonus points if…\r\nYou've sold or implemented CPQ specifically – you understand the pain points firsthand and can meet customers where they are.\r\nYou're comfortable with data modeling and can dig into pricing, etc. data schemas without needing a hand-hold from engineering.\r\nYou've been at an early-stage company and know what full ownership of end-to-end delivery actually feels like.\r\nWhat we offer\r\nMedical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family.\r\nLunch and dinner, as well as snacks and coffee to keep you energized.\r\nTake what you need vacation policy.\r\nEqual opportunity\r\nWe value our differences, and we encourage all to apply — especially those whose identities are traditionally underrepresented in tech organizations.
