Key Responsibilities

Follow up via phone, text, and email with consistency and care, treating follow-through as a discipline
Own your pipeline and results by tracking performance and continuously improving processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
Natural ability to connect with people over the phone
Strong discipline in follow-up and pipeline management
Motivated by helping families navigate difficult situations
Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
