Requires lifting up to 25 – 55 lbs. continuously.\nRequired to assist in dumping of product at deck as needed. Requires pushing/pulling 100+ lbs.\nRequired to assist as packer operator as needed.\nCompletes paperwork as needed.\nMust maintain integrity of raw materials.\nMust assist in inventory and cycle counts\nKeeps area and equipment clean; follows LOTO procedures when cleaning equipment.\nOther duties as assigned by supervisor\n\nQualifications:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.\nMinimum of 1 year packaging experience within a food manufacturing environment.\nAbility to comfortably operate standard warehouse equipment, including proficient operation of stand up forklift and load move system.\nApproximately 2 years previous experience in a forklift position/operation is preferred.\n\nWork Environment:\n\nThe job is performed in the production area where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles emanating from ingredients being used, and will be in the presence of or otherwise operating machinery.\n\nDisclaimer: The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
