This is an excellent opportunity to join a winning culture and get your foot in the door with a Company that is an American multinational transportation company that provides ride-hailing services, courier services, food delivery, and freight transport.\r\nResponsibilities for Onboarding Program Manager include but are not limited to\r\nExecutive Onboarding Operations\r\nCoordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics for new executives, partnering closely with Executive IT, Corporate IT, Places,\r\nSecurity, Executive Assistants, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional teams.\r\nEnsure executives have the systems, equipment, workspace, access, and resources needed before Day 1.\r\nCoordinate executive onboarding schedules, stakeholder meetings, and onboarding activities during the first 90 days.\r\nGlobal Onboarding Operations\r\nSupport the operational delivery of Global New Hire Orientation and Manager Onboarding programs.\r\nCoordinate onboarding schedules, logistics, communications, and program operations across multiple regions.\r\nPartner with Learning Operations, AV teams, and facilitators to ensure successful delivery of onboarding sessions.\r\nProgram Coordination & Process Management:\r\nManage onboarding trackers, project plans, and operational dashboards.\r\nMonitor onboarding milestones, identify risks, and proactively follow up with stakeholders to resolve blockers.\r\nSubmit and track Jira requests and technical support tickets.\r\nMaintain onboarding documentation, playbooks, templates, presentations, and resource libraries to ensure materials\r\nremain current.\r\nCross-Functional Partnership:\r\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across People Operations, HR Business Partners, Executive IT, Corporate IT,\r\nPlaces, Security, Executive Assistants, Learning Operations, Engineering, and other onboarding partners.\r\nSupport continuous improvements by identifying operational efficiencies and recommending process enhancements.\r\nCandidates Onboarding Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\r\n4+ years of program or project management experience.\r\nStrong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.\r\nExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nExperience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups.\r\nProficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Zoom.\r\nPreferred Experience\r\nExperience supporting executive programs, onboarding, HR Operations, People Operations, or Learning & Development.\r\nExperience coordinating operational programs across multiple teams.\r\nExperience with Jira, project tracking tools, or workflow management systems.\r\nComfortable working through ambiguity while driving projects forward.\r\nDemonstrated ability to improve operational processes and create scalable solutions.Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences.\r\nWhat's in this Onboarding Program Manager position for you?\r\nPay: $ 68.27/hr.\r\nShift: Hybrid, M-F; 8 AM – 4 PM\r\nWeekly paycheck\r\nDedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses.\r\nPay Details: $68.27 per hour\r\nBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
