What You’ll Do
Performance Nutrition Leadership
Deliver individualized and group-based nutrition strategies tailored to aircrew demands
Design fueling plans for endurance, focus, and fatigue management
Curriculum Development
Build and deliver engaging nutrition content within Human Performance training programs
Operational Integration
Embed within squadrons (20% of your time) to build trust and drive real-world impact
Clinical & Data Management
Conduct nutritional assessments and document in military health systems
Maintain accurate, compliant records within required timelines
Collaboration
Partner with multidisciplinary performance teams to optimize return-to-fly and readiness outcomes
What You Bring
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from anACEND-accredited program
Registered Dietitian (RD) or RDN credential
Minimum2 years of full-time dietitian experience
CurrentCPR/AED certification
Ability to obtain aTier 3 (T3) security clearance
Willingness to complete theCRAFT Dietetics Qualification Courseupon hire
Preferred:
Experience working withmilitary populations or high-performance teams
