This role involves extensive collaboration with other professionals in the construction industry, so strong communication skills are a must.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOversee all aspects of commercial HVAC projects from initial planning to completion.\nReview contracts and negotiate terms to ensure optimal outcomes for the company.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.\nManage project budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.\nCollaborate with other professionals in the construction industry, including architects, engineers, and contractors.\nEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.\nProactively identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.\nCommunicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.\nContinually monitor the quality of work being carried out, taking corrective action as necessary.\nFoster a positive, safety-focused work environment, leading by example at all times.\n\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the construction industry.\nProjects from 50k to 25k+ million\nProven track record of successfully managing commercial plumbing projects.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC systems.\nDemonstrated ability to review and negotiate contracts.\nExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong budget management skills.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.\nSolid understanding of construction management principles.\nProactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.\nStrong commitment to workplace safety.\nRelevant qualifications in plumbing or construction management will be highly regarded.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career.
