If you enjoy solving complex HVAC issues, performing preventative maintenance, and working in an industrial environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n* Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including air handling units, boilers, and humidification systems.\n* Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems.\n* Install, repair, adjust, service, and maintain electric and pneumatic HVAC control systems.\n* Perform daily equipment inspections, facility rounds, and manage assigned work orders.\n* Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.\n* Complete light plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks as needed.\n* Ensure all HVAC equipment operates safely and complies with applicable codes, regulations, and company safety standards.\n* Utilize mobile applications and basic computer systems to document work and manage maintenance requests.\n* Collaborate with fellow maintenance technicians to support facility operations and assist with general maintenance projects as needed.\n* Promote a safe work environment while following all CBRE safety policies and procedures.\n\nQualifications\n\n* High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required.
