They are looking for someone who can help translate evolving ideas into clear marketing strategies while maintaining a flexible and collaborative approach.This role requires working closely with leadership, adapting to spontaneous content opportunities, and helping redefine the brand voice while supporting healthy business growth.About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing and Branding Strategist who can lead both marketing strategy and execution across multiple platforms.This person will collaborate directly with leadership to transform storytelling, brand messaging, and creative ideas into structured campaigns that drive engagement and sales without losing authenticity. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing structure with flexibility, as content priorities may shift quickly based on real-time events, creative projects, or business goals.This role combines strategy, content execution, engagement, and performance tracking, along with hands-on management of Shopify website updates to maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. It is ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and hands-on creative work.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Brand DevelopmentDevelop and execute monthly marketing strategies aligned with storytelling, activism, and sales goalsParticipate in strategy meetings to understand upcoming initiatives and content prioritiesTranslate creative direction into structured social media plans and campaignsSupport ongoing brand evolution and positioning across platformsContent Planning & ExecutionPlan weekly content calendars aligned with business goals and upcoming eventsEdit and produce content using provided media, including reels, short-form videos, and postsRepurpose existing content into engaging social media formatsMaintain flexibility to adjust plans when new content opportunities ariseEngagement & Community ManagementMonitor comments, messages, and interactions across platformsRespond to DMs and comments while maintaining brand voice and toneSupport lead generation by encouraging engagement and directing audiences toward next stepsPerformance Tracking & ReportingTrack campaign performance, engagement metrics, and growth trendsPresent insights and recommendations based on analyticsIdentify opportunities to improve storytelling impact and conversion resultsMarketing Support & Growth InitiativesAssist with email marketing campaigns and promotional launchesHelp improve lead flow from social media into internal systemsCollaborate with leadership to test new ideas, trends, and creative approachesManage and update Shopify website content to ensure alignment with current brand messaging and creative directionUpload new collections, update product descriptions, and maintain visual consistency across the siteUpdate homepage content, bio sections, and imagery to reflect evolving brand positioningEnsure website content stays aligned with ongoing campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and product launchesQualifications & SkillsMust HaveProven experience managing social media strategy and execution for a brand or businessStrong understanding of storytelling-driven marketingBackground in branding, marketing strategy, or creative campaignsExperience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTubeExperience working inside Shopify for website updates, collection uploads, and content managementFamiliarity with email marketing and campaign planningExperience with Canva and social media scheduling platformsAbility to interpret business goals and translate them into marketing strategiesStrong English communication skillsPreferredExperience working with creative brands, artists, or personal brandsExperience with Loomly or similar content planning toolsExperience working in fast-paced or startup environmentsPersonality TraitsCreative thinker with strong storytelling instinctsComfortable with flexibility and changing prioritiesProactive and confident in making suggestionsCollaborative and open to feedbackEmotionally intelligent with a strong sense of brand voiceOrganized while working in a dynamic environment
