We’re built for people who enjoy solving problems in real time, thrive under pressure, and want to see their work come to life.\nExplore our work at https://60gritstudios.com.\nThe Role:\nWe are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team and help keep projects moving from kickoff through installation.\nYou’ll coordinate project details, track progress, and support day-to-day needs across active jobs—working closely with project managers, designers, and production teams to keep everything aligned and on track.\nThis role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces. It’s also a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in project management, with exposure to all phases of a project and room to grow over time.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport Project Managers across all phases, from kickoff to installation and strike\nMaintain project documentation (recaps, takeoffs, inventory, shipments)\nResearch and source materials, vendors, and specialty items\nPlace orders and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and timing\nCommunicate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors\nCreate setup and instruction packets\nAssist with quality control and track project progress\nLearn fabrication processes, materials, and methods\nSupport onsite installations and strikes as needed\nQualifications:\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through\nClear communicator (written and verbal) with strong problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (MacOS preferred)\nComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAble to perform basic math (fractions) and take measurements\nResourceful with online research and sourcing\nReliable, adaptable, and open to feedback\nPhysical & Schedule Requirements:\nRegular standing/walking; occasional lifting up to 30–50 lbs\nAbility to work overtime and weekends as needed\nAbility to travel and drive commercial vans\nNice-to-Have:\n1+ year of project coordination or related experience (agency, events, production, signage, or fabrication preferred)\nFamiliarity with fabrication materials (wood, metal, acrylic, foam, graphics, etc.)\nAble to read drawings (floorplans, elevations, shop drawings)\nHow to Apply:\nIf you’re looking for a hands-on role where you can learn quickly, contribute to real projects, and grow your career in project management, we’d love to hear from you.\nPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting why this opportunity excites you.
