DescriptionPosition at Conair LLCPosition Summary:The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO of Conair provides high-level, confidential administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer of a dynamic organization. This role requires an agile, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and demonstrates exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.The ideal candidate is a trusted partner to the CEO—capable of managing complex schedules, prioritizing competing demands, and serving as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.What You’ll Do:Executive & Administrative SupportServe as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing all administrative and logistical needs with discretion and professionalismManage a complex and ever-changing calendar, prioritizing meetings, travel, and commitments to optimize the CEO’s timeCoordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, meeting materials, and contingency planningPrepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials with meticulous accuracyOperational & Strategic SupportAnticipate the CEO’s needs by staying informed of business priorities, upcoming meetings, and organizational initiativesAssist with planning and execution of board meetings, executive meetings, and key company eventsTrack action items, deadlines, and deliverables; proactively follow up to ensure completionSupport special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned, often across departmentsCommunication & Relationship ManagementAct as a professional, polished liaison between the CEO and executives, employees, board members, investors, and external partnersExercise sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential informationScreen calls, emails, and requests, responding or escalating as appropriateWho You Are:Proactive, resourceful, and highly organizedCalm under pressure with a “no task too small” mindsetCurious and business-minded, with an interest in understanding the organization holisticallyCore Competencies & Skills:Agility & Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting prioritiesAttention to Detail: Demonstrates exceptional accuracy and follow-through in all workExecutive Presence: Communicates confidently and professionally with senior leaders and external stakeholdersDiscretion & Integrity: Handles confidential information with the highest level of trustProblem-Solving Mindset: Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions before escalationTime Management & Prioritization: Balances competing demands with efficiency and calmQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred7+ years of experience supporting a senior executive (CEO or C-suite strongly preferred)Experience supporting leadership in a privately held, fast-growing, or entrepreneurial organization strongly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with executive productivity toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEnvironmental Factors:Working conditions are normal for an office environment.Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.This role requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
