Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this position coordinates onboarding, maintains the Learning Management System (LMS), schedules and tracks employee training, facilitates select training sessions, and supports the day-to-day administration of learning programs.\n\nThis position partners closely with Human Resources, program leadership, and the Learning & Development Manager to support employee growth and development while advancing OFA’s mission, core values, Wellness For All, and commitment to being a Best Place to Work.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\nLearning Administration & Coordination\n\nCoordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, communications, room reservations, virtual meeting setup, training materials, and attendance tracking.\n\nMaintain the Learning Management System (Absorb LMS), including course assignments, user accounts, training records, and basic troubleshooting.\n\nAssign required training to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS) and communicate training requirements, instructions, and completion deadlines.\n\nMaintain the organizational training calendar and communicate upcoming training opportunities.\n\nAssist with maintaining and regularly updating the organizational training tracker to ensure employee assignments, completion status, due dates, and outstanding training requirements are accurately documented.\n\nTrack required compliance training and follow up with employees and managers to support timely completion.\n\nPrepare routine training reports and maintain accurate training records.\n\nAssist with maintaining learning resources, training materials, and standard operating procedures.\n\nTraining Delivery & Facilitation\n\nCoordinate and assist with New Team Member Orientation and other instructor-led training sessions.\n\nSupport virtual and in-person training programs by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and assisting facilitators.\n\nDevelop and update participant guides, presentations, job aids, and other training resources.\n\nAssist with maintaining e-learning content and ensuring training materials remain current and aligned with organizational policies and procedures.\n\nGather employee feedback and assist with updating training materials.\n\nSupport learning initiatives and special projects as assigned.\n\nEmployee Experience & Wellness\n\nSupport Wellness For All learning initiatives and employee engagement programs.\n\nPartner with Human Resources to promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.\n\nHelp foster a positive learning environment that supports OFA’s mission, core values, and commitment to being a Best Place to Work.\n\nCompany Standards\n\nDemonstrate OFA’s Core Values in daily work.\n\nMaintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\nWe are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a positive impact.\n\nEducation\n\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\n\nAn equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\n\nExperience\n\nOne to two years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, education, human resources, or a related field.\n\nExperience with a Learning Management System (Absorb LMS preferred).\n\nStrong organizational, communication, customer service, and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual learning platforms.\n\nExperience in a nonprofit or human services environment preferred.\n\nExperience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred\n\nConditions of Employment\n\n21 years of age or older\n\nA valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record are required for this role.\n\nThis role requires travel within the region where services are provided.\n\nFinal candidates must successfully complete a background check.\n\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\n\nThis position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk and hear. The employee must be capable of writing, using a computer keyboard, telephone and related office equipment. Ability to lift 10lbs. required.\n\nThe physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
