This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and best suited for someone who takes pride in craft, clarity, and building things the right way.\r\nAs a Senior Webflow Developer, you'll collaborate with our strategists, designers, and developers to build award-winning websites that empower visionaries and their teams to lead meaningful brands and leverage the internet for good. Some of those practices include: 1) Helpful asset/media organization in Webflow, 2) Client friendly class structures, 3) Accessible website construction, 4) Documentation in and out of Webflow\r\nBuild websites that empower in-house teams to take over a project and expand upon it easily\r\nExecute thorough quality assurance across devices and major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)\r\nHelp clients and teammates understand both the possibilities and constraints of building in Webflow\r\nMentor junior developers by reviewing their work and providing meaningful feedback\r\nAssist other developers on their projects by polishing their work and prepping websites for launch\r\nAssist clients and teammates in resolving technical issues\r\nReview and test websites for accessibility, speed, functionality, and browser compatibility\r\nConsult with strategists and designers to create inventive solutions to meet our clients' needs\r\nAssist in estimating and planning development scope\r\nAssist project managers in proactively stewarding the project's development budget\r\nQualifications\r\n3+ years of experience building websites, landing pages, and stores using Webflow — or the ability to demonstrate your ability to build advanced websites from scratch using Webflow\r\nHighly advanced front-end web development proficiency including the ability to develop complex layouts and animations.
