Lead and develop a team of 9, driving accountability, performance, and collaborationOversee project, pre-development, and construction accounting operations from set-up through closeManage the full monthly draw cycle, including preparation, submission, and reconciliationEnsure accurate job cost tracking, financial reporting, and general ledger integrityOversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely, accurate disbursementsManage bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting requirementsPartner cross-functionally to support project funding, compliance, and financial successWhat You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of accounting experience, with real estate or construction accounting preferredProven experience leading and managing large teams with a focus on accountability and resultsStrong understanding of job costing, draw processes, and financial reconciliationsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems (RealPage experience a plus)Compensation & Benefits
