We want to work with people who love to learn and who value connection, positivity, and being part of an amazing team.The Information Technology Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and alignment of technology solutions with organizational goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage vendor relationships while supporting internal teams. This role bridges clinical and administrative needs with technical solutions, supporting patient care through reliable technology systems.Washington/California preferred but open to all states.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field2+ years of experience in IT coordination or vendor managementStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud servicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationMust be able to pass state and national criminal background checksKey Responsibilities - Vendor ManagementMaintain relationships with MSPs and other technology vendorsEnsure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and escalate issues as neededManage the inventory of HIPAA-compliance IT equipment and software through approved vendorsProvide quality customer service to both OTS staff and clinic staff when requiredEnsure MSPs follow proper incident response protocols for Protected Health InformationBusiness & Clinical LiaisonAct as the primary point of contact between business units and MSPs including but not limited to: Telephany and Ruby Answering ServiceTranslate healthcare workflows and other business requirements into technical specifications for MSP executionProvide regular updates on IT projects impacting patient care or complianceService Delivery CoordinationReview, prioritize, and dispatch service tickets to appropriate technology providersTrack ticket progress and ensure timely resolutionDispatch tickets to appropriate MSP resources and monitor resolutionAudit closed tickets for completeness and compliance with billing standardsProject SupportAssist the Director of Health Information Systems and the EHR Manager in coordinating system workflows and troubleshooting myEvolv, OpenDental, and integrated peripheralsAssist in planning and coordinating IT projects, site expansions, and new clinic builds with development functions and MSPsTrack milestones and ensure deliverables align with business expectationsAssist with development functions during site expansions or new site buildsDocument processes and maintain accurate records of vendor interactionsPerform other such duties as assigned within the scope of the position and program description, as well as those reflective of your experience, education, and abilityAdditional ScopeThis position will be expected to operate with minimal to moderate oversight during normal daily tasksProblem/task resolution will include a mix of short-term and long-term timeframes, and you will need to allocate time and resources accordinglyHours/Schedule/TravelThis is an estimate of the typical working hours for this position and may vary depending on the workload and business needs.
