The ideal candidate will be well-versed in designing and constructing data architectures, operational data stores, and data marts, focusing on enterprise-wide data modeling and database design.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine data architecture standards, policies, and procedures for the organization, structure, attributes, and nomenclature of data elements.\nApply accepted data content standards to technology projects.\nConduct business analysis, data acquisition, and access analysis and design.\nOptimize Database Management Systems and develop recovery and load strategy designs and implementations.\nLead and plan database architectures for enterprise systems.\nWork on multiple projects as a project leader or subject matter expert.\nAddress projects/issues of high complexity requiring in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.\nCoach and mentor junior technical staff.\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.\nA minimum of 7 years of experience with large and complex database management systems.\nExpertise in defining and planning database architectures for enterprise systems.\nProven ability to work on projects/issues of high complexity.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.\n#L1-Onsite\nWhy Work with Us\nAt Cook Systems, we don't just offer jobs—we build futures.
