This is not a coordination role, it’s end-to-end leadership across one of the firm’s key developments.The project is a high-end, ground-up rental building within a broader, well-funded pipeline. The business operates as an owner/developer, so the role sits close to decision-making, capital, and long-term asset strategy, not just delivery.Day-to-day, the role leads pre-construction, budgeting, and procurement strategy, oversees the GC and consultant teams, manages programme, cost, and risk, and ensures delivery aligns with ownership expectations.
