This is a hands-on, field-based role for an experienced practitioner who can independently conduct engineering-based assessments, not oversee someone else's analysis, but perform it directly.\nTypical engagements involve evaluating operational throughput, staffing, and process performance at client facilities, often in manufacturing, energy, or oil and gas environments. Work includes on-site data collection and observation, sometimes across multiple shifts, followed by analysis, calculations, and reporting that translate findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations.\nPPC engagements are staffed by senior practitioners only.
