Autocad Technician/Drafter

Our work blends cutting-edge design with precision engineering to create one-of-a-kind outdoor spaces. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2D AutoCAD Technician for aquatic facilities, including pools, spas, water features, and mechanical systems to join our growing team. This role focuses on producing high-quality technical drawings and supporting our designers and project managers in bringing luxury pool concepts to life. Local candidates only — applicants must currently reside in the Miami area and be available for in-office collaboration.  Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for custom pool designs and outdoor structures  Translate conceptual designs into technical construction documents  Revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and engineering requirements  Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and project managers  Maintain organized drawing files and documentation  Ensure accuracy, compliance with local codes, and adherence to company standards   Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); experience with SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit is a plus  3+ years of experience in CAD drafting (architecture, landscape, or pool design preferred)  Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings  Understanding of construction documentation and basic engineering principles  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines  Strong communication and teamwork skills   Preferred Experience Experience in luxury residential design or outdoor living projects  Familiarity with South Florida building codes and permitting processes  Knowledge of pool systems, grading, or hardscape design   Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience  Opportunity to work on high-end, visually impactful projects  Collaborative, design-focused work environment  Career growth within a specialized luxury niche   How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a portfolio of sample CAD drawings showcasing your work.
