You will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes that enhance client satisfaction and operational success.\n\nDuties to Include\n\nProject Leadership: Manage end-to-end implementation projects for our SaaS healthcare software solutions, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.\nClient Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing clear communication and proactive updates throughout the implementation process.\nRequirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, data requirements, and technical specifications.\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, data integration, and support, to resolve issues and deliver seamless implementations.\nRisk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.\nProcess Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve implementation methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.\nPost-Implementation Transition: Oversee the transition of clients to support and account management teams after successful implementations.\n\nRequirements\n\nTechnical Skills:\nUnderstanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EDI, HIPAA).\nExperience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions, including hands-on configuration and deployment.\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).\nFamiliarity with data migration, integration, and analytics platforms in healthcare environments.\nSoft Skills:\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.\nProven organizational abilities to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nAnalytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering client-centric solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience implementing healthcare SaaS solutions, such as EHR, practice management, or data analytics platforms.\nExperience working with enterprise healthcare clients, including hospitals, payers, or life sciences organizations.\n\nAbout Loopback Health\n\nLoopback Health is a healthcare data company dedicated to improving access and outcomes for complex patients.
