Temporary Front Desk
We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to support a busy apartment community. This position will primarily be responsible for answering incoming calls, taking accurate messages, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to the leasing and property management team.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.Take detailed and accurate messages and route them to the appropriate staff member.Greet residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and visitors.Provide basic information regarding office hours, community amenities, and general inquiries.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as assigned.Monitor office traffic and notify staff of visitor arrivals.Handle resident inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department.Support property management staff with administrative projects as needed.Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
