Job Description:How You’ll Help PatientsProvide evidence-based medical care to adult patients in accordance with Specialtyand manage acute and chronic illnesses across a wide spectrum of adult health conditions.Support all quality improvement initiatives and population health management programs.Provide leadership, supervision, training, and role modeling to supportive staff (NA, MA, LPN, RN, PA, NP).Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state rules, regulations, and laws.Maintain compliance , systems, policies, procedures, directives, and contractual agreements.Maintain efficiency and productivity standards.Provide on-call coverage and inpatient rounding asage-appropriate care for adult patients, including preventive health screenings and chronic disease management.Report to scheduled work sites and shifts on time, prepared to engage in all responsibilities; work site and shift assignments may vary at the discretion of the supervisor.Participate in training, consultations, and supervision sessions; implement directives and feedback from supervisors and colleagues.Follow and fully implement the Corporate Compliance Program.Perform other duties as assigned.
