This role requires strong hands-on experience with Java desktop application development, Windows native integration, and Agile delivery.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance Java desktop applicationsReskin and modernize UI without changing business logic or workflowParticipate in full software development lifecycle within Agile sprintsCreate functional and technical design specificationsCollaborate with QA, developers, and technical stakeholdersDeliver sprint commitments on scheduleQualifications5+ years of Java development experienceStrong expertise in Java 11/17, concurrency, collections, and streamsHands-on experience with JavaFX (FXML, CSS) and SwingExperience with JNI/JNA and Windows API integrationProficiency with JUnit, Log4J, FlatLafExperience with Maven, Jenkins, CMake, SCons, Launch4jProficiency with GitHub, IntelliJ/PyCharm, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and JIRABachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or TelecommunicationsResume RequirementResumes must include examples of prior work demonstrating experience with the required programming languages and build tools.
