Performance & Data Analyst (District Attorney's Office)

Job SummaryDrives innovation, goals and metrics for performance management, collaborates with Information Technology (IT) to design and support data collection and management solutions using approved County platforms and standards., conducts quantitative and qualitative research. Ensures all data access, handling, and reporting activities comply with County IT policies, security standards, and applicable federal and state regulations (including CJIS where applicable).Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Data Analytics, Information Science, Economics, Sociology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, or related field plus four (4) years of related experience; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience.Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.Essential FunctionsThe following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive.
