Python Developer / Onsite, Fremont, CA / W2-only, Contract, 6-months extendable Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using supervised learning techniques for design support and implementation.Collaborate with vehicle service and energy service and software teams.Take ownership of production models ensuring robust alerting systems.Work with diverse, heterogeneous datasets (text, voice, images, tabular data) to scale.Translate ambiguous problem statements into actionable, end-to-end machine.Follow agile development practices and maintain high standards for clean, modular, and sustainable code.Required Skills:3-5 years in-depth expertise in Python for high-performance, data-intensive applications.Proficiency with at least one modern deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).Specialized knowledge in such areas as RAG models and large language models.Strong foundational understanding of statistics for model comparison andReal-world experience deploying and maintaining production machine learning.Passion for writing clean, modular, and sustainable code to transition research.Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
