Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within our construction-manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping lead a team of production staff, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and achieving operational efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader to contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and uphold high-quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to meet daily output targets. Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with health and safety regulations. Monitor production performance and implement improvements to optimise efficiency. Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators. Enforce company policies and procedures consistently across the team. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or construction environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards. Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions. Relevant qualifications in construction, manufacturing technology or related fields are desirable. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
