Warehouse Associate

Merit Logistics is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our growing team! We are currently hiring for two shifts. These positions are 3rd shift: 6 PM - 2 AM Monday - Thursday and 2 PM - 10 PM Friday. This full-time position is responsible for picking various orders for shipments, inspecting each order, and putting them in their assigned locations to be shipped from the facility as directed. This position utilizes heavy equipment such as forklifts to complete assigned tasks. Benefits: $18.50/ hour Weekly Pay Health, Dental, Eye, and Life insurance after 90 days Minimum Qualifications: Reliably commute to and from the facility Ability to communicate effectively Ability to lift 5lbs. to 50lbs throughout a shift as needed Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods Excellent problem-solving skills Willingness to learn Previous forklift experience Preferred: previous warehouse experience, knowledge of the RF Scanner Responsibilities: Picking orders that are assigned to go out for shipment Inspecting each shipment before they are shipped from the facility Assisting other associates with other job duties as needed Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat.
