This is a backend-heavy role with opportunities to work across the stack.As one of the early engineers on the team, you’ll have significant ownership and outsized impact on both the product and the company’s technical direction. You won’t just be implementing someone else’s roadmap - you’ll help shape the architecture, make foundational technical decisions, and build systems that will scale with the company.Rust is a must. We’re looking for someone who understands how to architect, build, and operate production systems in Rust.We’re also AI-native. AI is deeply embedded in how we work at Fluffle - from coding and debugging to research, prototyping, and shipping.
