As a Program Manager, you will manage and be responsible for the implementation of Supernova’s SBL platform for our enterprise clients.\nYou will work closely with internal and external project and technology teams to demonstrate the capabilities of the Supernova platform and manage the overall client onboarding process. In collaboration with solutions engineers and business analysts, you will be responsible for defining the scope of work and the timeline to deliver the final solution to the client. To succeed in this role, a good understanding of Supernova platform capabilities and business/operation processes are required.\nResponsibilities\nManage the overall project scope and timeline to onboard new clients and also subsequent delivery phases for established clients\nFacilitate requirements gathering with the client to define the user experience, business and operations workflows\nHold both internal and external team members accountable for the delivery of the defined milestones\nWork and collaborate with diverse resources to meet timeline objectives\nIdentify and escalate project risks and issues that affect scope and delivery\nParticipate in ongoing business process standardization\nProvide accurate and timely project communication, status and schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree\n3-5+ years of project management experience\nDemonstrated success in executing on project plans and/or operational improvements\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse customer and employee population\nProven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment\nGood communication skills\nClient-focused, positive and professional attitude\nOrganized, detail oriented, accurate and responsive\nFinancial, banking and/or lending industry experience highly preferred\nFamiliar with the Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira)\nPrior experience in SaaS implementation is preferred\n\nOur Employee Benefits (Chicago Only)\nAt Supernova Technology, we provide a robust benefits package to support the health and well-being of our employees.
