The ideal candidate will be a dependable self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.\nKey Responsibilities Manage insurance defense cases from initial intake through completion.\nDraft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, and correspondence.\nReview and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, claim files, and case documents.\nCoordinate discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, experts, and trial preparation.\nMonitor litigation calendars, deadlines, case files, and attorney task lists.\nCommunicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and vendors.\nAssist attorneys with case strategy, document production, exhibits, and trial preparation.\nTrack billable time and comply with client billing guidelines.\nQualifications Minimum of three years of insurance defense litigation experience.\nDemonstrated ability to handle cases from inception through completion.\nAssociate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.\nParalegal certificate required.\nKnowledge of Texas litigation procedures, discovery, and court filing requirements.\nExcellent writing, proofreading, organizational, and time-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management systems.\nWhy Consider This Opportunity?
