The PM will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards by coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, managing contract documents and RFIs, and overseeing site activities and inspections.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead end-to-end project delivery for HVAC and plumbing scopes, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and closeout.\nManage and review contract documents, subcontracts and change orders to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.\nInitiate, track and resolve RFIs and maintain clear documentation of project communications and decisions.\nCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors; establish work priorities, review performance and ensure adherence to scope and schedule.\nConduct regular site walkthroughs and inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance and alignment with project specifications.\nMonitor project costs, prepare forecasts, track invoices and manage cost control measures to meet budget targets.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, identify critical path activities and proactively address potential delays.\nPrepare and compile project closeout documentation, punch lists and as-built records for client handover.\nFoster strong vendor and client relationships, act as primary point of contact for project stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.\nEnforce site safety protocols and coordinate with safety officers to ensure regulatory and company standards are met.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum 5 years project management experience with HVAC and plumbing systems in construction or MEP environments.\nProven experience with contract documents, RFIs and project closeout processes (preferred).\nStrong knowledge of installation methods, codes and inspection criteria for HVAC and plumbing.\nDemonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, vendors and on-site teams effectively.\nExperience with project cost tracking, budgeting and invoice review.\nExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, PlanGrid or similar).\nValid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.\n\nBenefits\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401k with company match\nPaid vacation, sick time, and floating holidays\nCell phone allowance\nVehicle allowance\nTravel package\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
