Warehouse Lead (bilingual chinese)

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties: Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory, manage warehouse operations, and optimize order fulfillment. Receive, inspect, and package orders, including handling and storing packages and pallets. Operate a pallet jack and RF scanner to efficiently move products within the warehouse. Perform basic math calculations to verify order quantities and package contents. Assist with order fulfillment by identifying and picking products. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless order fulfillment and shipping processes. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices to continually improve our services. Skills: Proficiency with warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms. Experience with shipping and receiving operations. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely. Familiarity with RF scanners and pallet jacks. Knowledge of distribution center operations and order fulfillment processes. Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
