Only the candidates who meet the minimum qualifications will be considered.\nPosition Description:\nThe Contract/Site Manager serves as the primary contractor representative and on-site leader for the Air Advisor Academic (AAA) Support Services contract at the USAF Expeditionary Center (EC). Responsible for all contract performance, personnel management, quality control, and daily coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Flight Commander, and Course Director.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary contractor point of contact for all matters relating to daily contract operations; designate and notify Government counterparts of any alternate in writing.\nExercise full authority over all contractor employees onsite.\nEnsure all Air Advisor academic education and training is conducted IAW USAF EOSestablished policies and procedures.\nEnsure instructor training, qualification, currency, and evaluation are conducted IAW EOS policy.\nCoordinate academic activities with AA Flight Commander, Course Director, and COR.\nAttend recurring AA Flight meetings and provide update briefings to Flight Commander, Course Director, and COR as required.\nDevelop and submit all required documentation, plans, and reports IAW the PWS and Appendix D (all deliverables are NSP).\nMake recommendations on efficient and effective operations of the school.\nDevelop and present information/decision briefings for various agencies and leadership on AA education and training programs.\nAssist in development of the annual Air Advisor Academic schedule for option years IAW USAF EOS policy.\nEstablish, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP); submit QCP with proposal and update as required.\nEnsure governmentprovided student and instructor feedback tools are used IAW EOS policy.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nMaster's degree from an accredited college or university.\nPrior management/supervisory experience as a military fieldgrade officer (O4 or above) OR Senior NCO (E7 or above); deployed experience as a Military Advisor, PolMil Affairs Strategist, FAO, PRT member, attaché, or Security Cooperation Officer (or equivalent advisory role); experience leading formal military education and training.\nCompletion of Air Command and Staff College, Senior NCO Academy, or sister service school equivalent (inresidence or by correspondence).\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; CAC required within two weeks of start date.\nVerification of military advisory deployment experience and formal education leadership required.
