With operations across the U.S. and globally, we are committed to safety, innovation, and quality while building products our customers depend on every day.\n\nA day in the life of a Roller at Goldshield:\nRemoving air from fiberglass laminate using a roller to support part strength and quality.\nRolling at assigned chop stations while meeting production and quality expectations.\nHelping ensure fiberglass, resin, and catalyst mixtures are properly worked into the part.\nFollowing safety rules and maintaining a clean, organized work area.\nSupporting teammates and production flow across assigned areas.\n\nRequired education, skills, and experience to be successful:\nPreferred 1-year experience in fiberglass, rolling, lamination, production, or manufacturing.\nPreferred high school diploma or GED.\nAbility to complete the required training period and Goldshield training expectations.\nAbility to roll at assigned chop stations while meeting acceptable quality standards.\nAbility to maintain attendance expectations and follow directions.\nSuccessful completion of the drug and background screening.\n\nPhysical demands in this role:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
