These facilities support EV operations and include infrastructure for charging, maintenance, and operational support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing project documentation, onboarding processes, dashboards, and purchase orders. Experience with EV-related construction is a plus.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nSupport the delivery of EV service center construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.\r\nManage onboarding processes for project team members and vendors.\r\nMaintain dashboards and trackers to monitor project progress, milestones, and performance metrics.\r\nCoordinate purchase orders (POs), document control, and project communications.\r\nFacilitate regular meetings and ensure timely flow of information between stakeholders.\r\nTrack and update key project milestones to support schedule adherence.\r\nAssist with field coordination and issue resolution during construction.\r\nEnsure project documentation is complete, organized, and accessible.\r\nSupport commissioning and close-out activities, including punch list tracking and final documentation.\r\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.\r\nContribute to project reporting and status updates for internal and client stakeholders.\r\nAssist with onboarding new vendors and team members, ensuring smooth integration into project workflows.\r\nSupport coordination of utility connections and permitting processes related to EV infrastructure.\r\nHelp manage project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts.\r\nMonitor and report on safety compliance and site conditions during construction.\r\nCoordinate with IT and facilities teams to support integration of EV charging systems and operational technologies.\r\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.\r\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.\r\n3-5 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.\r\nExposure to EV infrastructure or service center construction is beneficial.\r\nExperience supporting construction of service centers, transportation hubs, or infrastructure-heavy facilities.\r\nFamiliarity with permitting and utility coordination processes.\r\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\r\nProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools (e.g., Procore).\r\nExperience with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Smartsheet is a plus.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.\r\nComfortable working in both field and office settings, with occasional travel as needed.\r\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation across multiple projects.\r\nKnowledge of EV systems, charging infrastructure, or fleet operations is beneficial.\r\nAdditional Information\r\nThe salary range for this full-time role is $100K-$140K per year.
