The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly understand complex issues, and the capacity to translate client needs into actionable tasks for our technical teams.ResponsibilitiesQuickly and effectively interpret and understand client requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into actionable tasks for the development teamCommunicate client needs to team leads in a clear and concise manner, creating detailed technical descriptions and task breakdownsDecompose high-level requirements into specific tasks based on the relevant technologies and coordinate their distribution among the appropriate teamsAct as a liaison between various technical teams, ensuring smooth and efficient communication and collaboration across different technologies and disciplinesQuickly identify, analyze, and diagnose high-level problems, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessaryQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and translate client requirements into technical specificationsExperience in coordinating between multiple teams and technologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus but not requiredExperience in a similar role is preferredWhile in-depth knowledge of specific technologies or programming experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. The focus is on the ability to analyze issues and make informed decisions that guide the technical teams effectivelyAbility to communicate effectively in English through emails and chats with customers and the teamWorking conditions:b2b contractFull timeRemote work.
