Residential Remodeling Plumber/Electrician

Square Level Plumb is looking for full-time experienced tradesmen to work on remodels projects in Contra Costa county area. Project types include bathroom, kitchen, full home remodels and repairs. Majority of time will be our main plumber/electrician and experience in both trades is great. If you are the candidate we are looking for, you will be: Knowledgeable of the Trades- Able to complete projects from rough-in to finish trim Knowledgeable of the Building Codes- Able to complete tasks correctly Methodical- Able to arrange and implement tasks in an orderly manner Detailed- Able to identify details, and follow through with their implementation Efficient- Able to quickly and safely complete tasks Driven- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative Curious- Eager to learn and take on new challenges Strong communicator- Able to communicate well with clients, vendors and work with a variety of personality types in the field. Responsible and trustworthy to complete tasks independently or with crews Skills required in some of the areas: Plumbing- rough plumbing with gas lines, pex, copper, ABS, sweating. Finish plumbing with faucets, toilets, trouble shooting and repairing leaks. Electrical- rough electrical with panel changes, installing breakers, installing recess lighting, installing romex, conduit. Finish electrical with installing lights, outlets, switches. Other Trade knowledge is a plus The following experience is necessary: - 5 to 10 years experience in the trades - Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred). - Must have own tools.
