Job Description SummaryProduction Shop Floor Support for Digital, Hardware, Software, Infrastructure and users.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Own IT operations for the manufacturing site, focusing on shop floor systems and applicationsEnsure performance, reliability, and availability of site IT infrastructure and applicationsServe as the Site IT lead and member of the shop leadership teamImplement the site IT/digital roadmap and drive continuous improvementPartner with business leaders to understand IT needs and influence technology decisionsManage Digital Workplace technologies (end-user devices, collaboration tools, etc.)Deploy, manage, and support shop floor PCs and related hardwareSupport printers, MFPs, on-site A/V, and telecommunications equipmentProvide on-site support for networking infrastructureCoordinate infrastructure work and upgrades with central IT/DT teamsParticipate in lean, cost-saving, and technology refresh/obsolescence projectsRespond quickly to cybersecurity threats and support security best practicesEscalate IT/DT issues impacting production and provide on-call support as neededMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experienceMinimum 2 years of IT support or infrastructure experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)Experience supporting PCs, printers, and basic network infrastructureStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical usersComfort working in a fast-paced, production-focused environmentCollaborative mindset and ability to work across departments and teamsWillingness to learn new tools and technologies and drive changeNote: Military experience is equivalent to professional experienceEligibility Requirement:-Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
