Carolina Sewing Specialist

As a valued Sewing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in producing our seating line according to quality standards and customer specifications.Responsibilities/QualificationsOperate industrial sewing machines to sew fabric pieces together according to patterns and instructions.Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.Perform basic maintenance on sewing machines to ensure they are in good working condition.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.Skills Experienced SewersProven experience as a Sewing Machine OperatorFamiliarity with various upholstery fabrics (vinyl, leather, etc.)Experience with industrial sewing machines Ability to read and interpret sewing patterns and instructions.For LearnersStrong interest in sewingTraining program available for those interested in learning
