This role is ideal for individuals with at least 6 months of manufacturing or production experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality products.Medical device experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.Responsibilities:Perform assembly and production tasks following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.Operate within a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.Use hand tools and microscopes to assemble and inspect products.Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and manufacturing procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Accurately complete production documentation as required.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.Qualifications:Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or production experience requiredMedical device manufacturing experience is preferred but not requiredExperience with microscopes is a plusComfortable performing repetitive assembly tasksAble to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)Experience using hand tools preferredStrong attention to detail and qualityPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 10 hours per shiftAbility to perform repetitive hand movementsAbility to bend, squat, twist, crawl, climb, push, and pull as neededLift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionallyMust successfully pass a vision screening, including:Color vision testClose and distance vision assessmentDepth perception and focus evaluationIf you're ready to build your manufacturing career with a global medical device company, we'd love to hear from you!
