Must be able to stand or walk for long periods; use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects; lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects; carry tools and equipment; stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; see and hear well (naturally or with correction). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, documents, instructions, and procedure manuals. Routine report writing. Effective communication skills vital.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma preferred. Two years related supervisory experience. CPR, First Aid and Confined Space Entry certifications.\n\nCandidates that accept an offer of employment are required to undergo and successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination. This exam is essential to ensure that all potential employees meet the necessary health and fitness standards for the role.
