Other duties may be required and assigned.\n\nOversee Medical Records maintenance\nOversee the intake process and paper flow to Accounting\nOversee the collection of co-pays and deductibles\nAssist with daily management of the program and staff\nWill recruit and train support staff and provide supervision\nEnsure appropriate staff to client ratio are met\nEnsure that clients are assisted in obtaining MA/GA\nManage inventories and watch for inventory waste\nPurchase of supplies\nProvide tours of facilities as needed\nDevelop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders\nSchedule chemical health and office technicians\nResponsible for performance reviews after probation period and bi-annual thereafter.\nOversee the travel log\nAttend, participate, and present as appropriate staff in-service and meetings\nEnforces facility policies with authority to issue corrective action as needed\nThe Program Coordinator may not admit, transfer, or discharge clients.
